Min 5 years of working experience in the management of farms and Outgrowers Schemes in the horticulture sector.
Thorough knowledge of the horticulture crops and farmers' organization dynamics in the counties of Kirinyaga, Embu, Muranga, Machakos, and Kiambu.
Demonstrated leadership in the development and implementation of farmer training programs. Experience in Farmer’s Field School approach will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated capacity to analyze complex situations, solve problems and manage change.
